How to use it

Why does Brisbane differ from Sydney in summer?
Queensland does not use daylight saving time, while NSW, Victoria, the ACT and Tasmania do, so from October to April Brisbane is one hour behind Sydney.
What happens to times that do not exist during a clock change?
When clocks jump forward an hour, times in the skipped hour do not exist. The converter shifts them to the nearest valid time, so double-check meetings scheduled around a changeover.
