How to use it
“Component” mode encodes everything that is not safe inside a query value, including &, = and /. “Full URL” mode keeps the characters that give a URL its structure. Decoding also turns + into a space, as used in form submissions.
FAQ
Why does a space become %20?
URLs cannot contain spaces, so each unsafe character is replaced by % and its UTF-8 byte value in hexadecimal.
