Time Zone Meeting Planner
Find a meeting time that works across several time zones, with working hours highlighted.

How to use it
Pick a date and up to four time zones. The table lists each hour of the day in the first zone and the matching local time in the others. Green cells fall within 9am–5pm and amber cells within 8am–9pm; bold rows suit everyone.
Daylight saving is applied for the exact date using your browser’s time zone database, so check dates near clock changes (early April and early October in south-eastern Australia, March and October/November in Europe and North America).
FAQ
Why does the date change in some columns?
Australia is ahead of Europe and the Americas, so a morning meeting in Sydney is often the previous evening in London or New York.
Does it know about daylight saving?
Yes. It uses the IANA time zone rules built into your browser for the chosen date.
