Discount Calculator

Find the sale price and how much you save from a percentage discount.

🔒 Runs in your browser. Nothing you enter is uploaded or stored.

How to use it

Enter the original price and the percentage off. The sale price is the original price × (1 − discount ÷ 100).

Two discounts in a row do not add up: 20% off and then a further 10% off is 28% off in total, not 30%.

FAQ

How do I work out the original price from a sale price?

Divide the sale price by (1 − discount ÷ 100). For example $60 after 25% off came from $60 ÷ 0.75 = $80.
